Bring the magic of Christmas to every guest visit at Gunwharf Quays! We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and customer-focused Guest Services Hosts to join our team during the festive season. As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll play a key role in creating memorable experiences by providing outstanding service, offering centre information, assisting with guest enquiries, and helping to ensure every visit is enjoyable and stress-free.

Person Specification:
-Polite and friendly demeanour
-Works well within a team dynamic
-Confident and outgoing in social settings
-Flexible on weekends and evenings
Main Duties:
-Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards our guests, brand partners and colleagues.
-Be confident in using radios to reach colleagues or centre personnel
-Provide local information to support Tourism
-Driving Guest feedback through the Share your thoughts platform
-Know our centre so you can answer questions from all those working, visiting or living around Gunwharf Quays
-Demonstrate cooperation, professionalism and team spirit within our Guest Services Team
-Work with a positive demeanour and support others in the team when required
-Be open to change and be flexible within your team where requirements are necessary
-The role of Guest Services includes being inside and outside all times of the year, all weathers and rotate in/out with colleague
There is opportunity when the seasonal contract ends to extend into a permanent or reoccurring seasonal contract. Seasonal contracts range from 8-30 hour. Must be able to start within the first 2 weeks of November and be available throughout December.
