Key responsibilities
-Supervise, support, train and develop the cleaning team.
-Maintain high cleaning, customer service and quality standards.
-Manage staffing, absence, holidays, uniforms and stock.
-Ensure schedules, SLAs and Health & Safety/QHSE procedures are followed.
-Resolve operational issues and escalate concerns where required.
-Work closely with the Facilities Manager, onsite team and other stakeholders.
-Be flexible with duties and hours to meet business needs.
