We are currently seeking a Healthcare Assistant (HCA) with experience in an acute general adult ward setting. A Care Certificate would be a strong advantage and ICLiP trained.

Please note:We are shortlisting and interviewing candidates who either hold a Care Certificate or have hospital-based experience.
You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to provide a compassionate, caring and safe environment for our renal patients.
You will be provided with the clinical training to learn the role. You will be provided with daily supervision by trained staff to perform safely, confidently and competently. Applicants must be able to demonstrate:

whilst the registered nurse retains accountability for the care delivered by the HCA, the post holder is responsible for their own practise, working within the defined limits of competence and within the scope of the role.
