We are seeking a Risk and Intelligence Lead to manage real-time threat monitoring and protective operations.Information:Position: Risk and Intelligence Lead Location: London (EC3M) Pay Rate: £49,275.00 per annumHours: 40 hours per weekShifts: Monday to Friday Job Role / Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Intelligence Studies, International Relations, Security Studies, Criminal Justice, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).• 2-5 years’ experience in intelligence analysis, corporate intelligence, security operations, military, or law enforcement.• Proven experience with OSINT tools and methodologies, MS Office and specialised reporting platforms.About YouAble to work in a team as well as on your own and have the ability to be pro-active and think on your feet use initiativeConfident in writing incident and shift reportsTo always portray a friendly, professional and courteous demeanour, using open and appropriate body language.To ensure that all visitors and staff are dealt with efficiently, providing an exceptional customer service at all times ensuring that their expectations are met, if not exceeded.Have the IT skills and the ability to understand and use varied Access Control and CCTV systems and platforms / integrated systems (Lots of sites use different Systems)Have the ability to write emails and reply to emails in the correct manner and speak, very important in Corporate Industry.Have the ability to exercise command and control and be an effective communicator to all peer groups and management levels.The role includes you to conduct opening & closing procedures of a building, patrolling, reception duties, access control, answering incoming telephone calls, Conducting emergency procedures.To have a smart appearance befitting the companyBe confident you are able to undertake 100% of all specific dutiesBe able to provide all the documentation and vetting information requestedResponsibilities include: Monitor OSINT, subscription platforms and local/national news for emerging threats, including security incidents, criminal activity, protests, terrorism and geopolitical shifts.• Liaise with building security teams, Occupier Security Managers, law enforcement and key City of London stakeholders to gather ground-level intelligence.• Analyse data to identify trends and evolving risk factors; produce intelligence briefings, alerts and threat assessments.• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce concise, actionable intelligence reports and high-level briefings.• Provide leadership with forward-looking risk forecasts and real-time updates; support active incident response and post-incident analysis.• Advise security teams on risk-reduction measures and maintain incident databases, intelligence logs, reporting archives and sensitive information.Benefits:Health care plan (HSF)Perk Box (HSF) - discounts & offers from cinema tickets to days outCycle to work schemeTailed Site UniformFirst class training allowing you to develop your skillsA view for career developmentLong service & Employee Recognition awardsCIS Security has been providing manned guarding services since 1972 and has developed into one of the most effective and reliable security companies in England.
