What you’ll be doing

- Preparing surfaces for decoration across both internal and external environments, including working on new and existing surfaces to achieve a high-quality finish.

- Delivering a great customer experience by communicating clearly with residents and keeping them informed throughout the job

- Always working safely and in line with health and safety regulations

- Using mobile technology to manage jobs, record work completed, and maintain accurate records

- Assessing repair requirements through property inspections, including identifying issues such as damp and mould and selecting the most effective solution to resolve them and minimise follow-up visits.
