Summary

We're looking for an organised, proactive and confident Training Coordinator to join a busy team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, providing maternity cover.

This is a varied role combining training coordination, administration, scheduling, stakeholder communication and reporting, making it ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things organised, working with a wide range of people and ensuring everything runs smoothly.

You'll play an important role in coordinating training activity across a wider network, acting as a key point of contact for learners, external partners, instructors and internal teams.

As Training Coordinator, you'll be responsible for coordinating training activity from initial bookings through to completion.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating training programmes, schedules, calendars and resources

• Managing learner enrolments, prerequisites and joining information

• Acting as a key point of contact for learners, dealers and internal stakeholders

• Responding to training enquiries and resolving booking or scheduling issues

• Supporting instructors before, during and after training sessions

• Maintaining accurate training records and documentation

• Monitoring attendance, cancellations, non-attendance and training fill rates

• Producing reports and dashboards to identify gaps, trends and opportunities

We're looking for someone who is highly organised, commercially aware and confident communicating with people at all levels.

You may already have experience within training coordination, L&D administration, events, customer service, project coordination or a busy administrative environment.

Previous experience within training, learning and development or a similar coordination environment would be advantageous, but isn't essential if you have the right transferable experience.

• Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm

• 37.5 hours per week

If you're an organised administrator or coordinator looking for a 12-month opportunity where you'll have genuine responsibility and plenty of variety, we'd love to hear from you.

Apply today to be considered.
