Summary
We're looking for a Graduate Construction Planner to join our team based across London.
Location: Site & Office - LondonHours: 40 hours per weekStarting Salary: £31,000 per annumPathway: Permanent, Full-time 2-year programme, leading to assistant level role upon completion with salary potential of CIRCA £38kStarting date: September 2027

As a Graduate Construction Planner, you will assist in developing, monitoring, and updating project schedules to ensure timely and efficient project delivery. This role is ideal for a recent graduate eager to begin a career in construction planning, offering hands-on experience, mentorship, and opportunities for professional growth. You'll work closely with the Senior Planner and project teams to create comprehensive schedules and keep projects on track.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Graduate Construction Planner, you'll be working within the planning team, supporting them in delivering projects on time and to the highest standards.
Your day to day will include:
-Assisting in creating and updating comprehensive project schedules, including timelines and resource allocations
-Coordinating with project teams and stakeholders to gather information and update project plans and progress records
-Utilising project management software to plan timeframes, record progress, and communicate outcomes
-Conducting site visits to gather data and verify progress against schedules
-Preparing progress reports, including critical path analysis, for project teams and senior management

-Hold a degree in Construction Management, Construction Project Management, Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline
-Analytical thinking skills, strong communication and IT skills, exposure to Planning Software

-Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and manage time effectively whilst maintaining high standards.
