Concept Resources are currently recruiting for an experienced Facilities Management Assistant to support the delivery of facilities and building cleaning services across a number of sites in the Nottingham area.
This is a varied, hands-on facilities role involving staff management, recruitment, customer service, site inspections and mobile workforce coordination.
The successful candidate will be required to travel between sites, so a full UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle are essential.
Duties
Supporting the Account Manager with the management and delivery of facilities management services across designated sites
Ensuring service levels and contractual standards are consistently achieved
Supporting the recruitment and retention of frontline cleaning and caretaking employees
Reviewing applications and interviewing candidates for cleaning and caretaking positions
Supporting the training and development of frontline employees
Visiting customers and maintaining positive working relationships
Attending planned meetings to review service delivery and performance
Carrying out daily visits across multiple sites
Completing inspections and audits to ensure required cleaning and facilities standards are maintained
Recording site visits and reporting findings to Account Managers
Monitoring employee attendance and identifying staffing requirements
Planning and allocating mobile employees across sites
Arranging cover for sickness, absence and annual leave
Responding to operational issues and helping ensure continuity of service
Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction across the designated sites
