It is advisable to refer to this when submitting your application for the post.Job Purpose To provide support for a lady with M.E and mobility issuesLocation: Great Massingham, PE32DetailsI am a married woman with M.E. whose support needs vary according to the state of my health from day to day. I have limited mobility at home, and use a wheelchair when going out. My Current P.A. is leaving so I would like a friendly, understanding P.A. Mon-Friday 9-1 while my husband is at work, but occasional flexibility which would be pre-arranged. i need help with general domestic tasks, including meal prep, tidying, and running errands (shopping, collecting prescriptions), and I also need some help with personal care (showering, dressing etc) although my husband also helps with this. We have a small friendly dog so my P.A. needs to like animals, I would like herto be let out into the garden but dog walking is not required.Person specification· Reliable and flexible· Good communication skills· Own car with relevant class of business use an advantage but not essential.· Dog lover· Because of personal care element I would prefer a female P.A.Summary terms and conditions· The rate of pay for this position is £16.32per hr· Hours and times of work: 16hrs weekly. Mon, tues, thurs Fri, 9-1 with some flexibility occasionally needed and the ability to cover a weds 9-1 if needed· You will be reimbursed for any agreed expenses incurred as part of the role.· Free Care Skills Training provided to employed staffThe post is subject to the following:· A satisfactory enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, the cost of which will be covered by the employer.· Completion of a satisfactory probationary period of 3 months.
