We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable dealership in Sittingbourne for a dedicated Van Technician. - Uncapped earnings with a bonus starting at £500 per month, with potential to earn £1,000

Duties of the Van Technician:

- Carry out servicing and repair work on a range of light commercial vehicles effectively

- Diagnose faults and implement lasting solutions

- Ensure all work complies with manufacturer standards and safety regulations

- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through quality workmanship

- Record all completed work and parts used accurately

- Support the workshop team to meet productivity targets

Requirements of the Van Technician:

- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician, ideally from a main dealer background to be a Van Technician

- Strong technical knowledge, including Hybrid/Electric Vehicle awareness

- Relevant qualifications such as Master Technician, Tesla, or other manufacturer-specific training is beneficial

- Enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional development

- Ability to work efficiently within a busy workshop environment

- Full valid UK driving licence
