Summary

We are currently seeking an experienced Panel Beater to join a reputable workshop in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, on behalf of our client. The Panel Beater role offers an excellent opportunity for skilled professionals looking to advance their career within a dynamic and well-established repair group. Our client specialises in repairing high-tech and prestige vehicles, including OEM partner projects, light commercial vehicle fleets, hybrids, and electric vehicles.

What the Panel Beater role offers:

- Basic salary up to £48,753 per annum, with uncapped bonus schemes

- OTE of approximately £53,185, including performance-related bonuses

In this Panel Beater role, your duties will include:

- Completing high-quality panel repairs on a variety of vehicles, including high-end and advanced models

- Accurately assessing damage and preparing effective repair plans to meet manufacturer standards

- Repairing or replacing panels using a range of tools and techniques in a safe and efficient manner

- Working closely with the team to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of repairs

- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace that upholds safety and efficiency standards

- Providing excellent customer communication and service throughout the repair process

The ideal individual will have:

- Qualified Panel Beater with NVQ / IMI Level 3 or equivalent time-served experience

- Full UK/EU driving licence

- Proven experience working on high-tech and prestige vehicles (desirable)

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
