Summary
Hands-on Property Manager for a growing residential portfolio of HMOs, single lets and serviced accommodation across Darlington, Hartlepool and Teesside. You will own the day-to-day: keeping properties let, supporting tenants, coordinating maintenance with approved contractors, chasing rent and arrears, keeping the compliance calendar up to date, carrying out quarterly inspections and keeping our systems (COHO, Inventory Base, SignWell, Xero) accurate. Field-based across the three areas with admin from home. You work directly with the directors, with structured onboarding and clear procedures. £14 to £15 per hour PAYE depending on experience, plus £50 per re-let, £500 compliance bonus, £30 per out-of-hours callout, mileage, company phone and laptop, and pension. Permanent, 24 hours per week, with the aim of growing to full time as the portfolio grows.
