The Role

As a Sales Development Representative, you will turn inbound interest from businesses throughout the UK into qualified sales of our client’s digital learning solutions.

Specifically, as a first point of contact for prospective customers, you will respond to inbound enquiries and hold discovery conversations to understand their needs and requirements.

You will book qualified meetings for the New Business closing team, working closely with colleagues to ensure leads are handed over smoothly and progress effectively. You will also maintain accurate customer and opportunity information across the CRM and Outreach.

Additionally, you will:

- Engage prospective customers through phone calls and Microsoft Teams

- Respond promptly to inbound enquiries

- Maintain a consistent, high-quality qualification process

- Keep customer and opportunity data accurate and up to date
