Are you a qualified Electrician looking for a secure, long-term role within the social housing sector?

We are seeking an experienced Electrician to join a property maintenance team delivering responsive repairs and planned works across domestic properties in Aylesbury and the surrounding areas. The Role

You will be responsible for carrying out a variety of electrical maintenance and repair tasks across occupied and void residential properties, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Responsibilities include:

Responsive electrical repairs and fault-finding

Planned electrical maintenance works

Diagnosing and rectifying electrical faults

Participating in an out-of-hours call-out rota

About YouTo be considered for this role, you must have:

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation

AM2 Qualification

18th Edition Wiring Regulations

Full UK Driving Licence

Experience carrying out domestic electrical repairs and maintenance

Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

Excellent customer service and communication skills
