SEN Teaching Assistants to join our growing bank of support staff across

Evesham. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking flexible work while making a positive impact on the lives of children with Special Educational Needs.

As part of our bank team, you'll have the opportunity to work in a variety of mainstream and specialist schools, supporting pupils with additional needs on a day-to-day, short-term, and long-term basis.

The Role

Supporting pupils with SEN including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, speech and language needs, and learning difficulties

Working on a 1:1 basis or with small groups of pupils

Assisting teachers in delivering engaging learning experiences

Supporting students' emotional, social, and academic development

Promoting a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment

Following individual support plans and behaviour strategies

What We're Looking For

Experience working with children or young people with additional needs

School, care, support work, youth work, or nursery experience is desirable

A patient, adaptable, and nurturing approach

Strong communication and teamwork skills

An enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
