Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Maintenance Plumber to join our team in East Grinstead.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on plumbing and mechanical systems.
- Respond promptly to reactive maintenance requests, diagnosing and repairing faults efficiently.
- Maintain hot and cold water services, sanitaryware, pipework, valves, pumps, and associated plumbing systems.
- Undertake routine inspections and ensure plant and equipment are operating safely and effectively.
- Carry out minor mechanical maintenance where required.
About You
- NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent recognised qualification).
- Previous experience in a building maintenance or facilities management environment.
- Strong knowledge of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance.
- Experience working on commercial building services.
- Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
