If successful, you will be required to undertake the following duties within all designated areas:

To assist with the maintenance of educational resources including sailing boats, climbing equipment, canoes etc.

Perform minor repairs.

Check control panels to identify issues.

Install appliances and equipment.

Grounds upkeep by mowing lawns, collecting litter, weeding and planting etc.

Conduct maintenance tasks.

Maintain, service, clean and properly store equipment.

Check functionality of safety systems (e.g., fire alarm)

Inspect and repair all damages to building surfaces.

Participate in different projects.

Report to a facilities or maintenance manager for issues

Contribute to maintaining health and safety compliance through monitoring, recording, and reporting and testing, e.g., Legionella.

Perform other related duties and activities as required.

Willing to work from other sites within Edsentials portfolio.

What do we require from you?

Experience of undertaking general maintenance duties is desirable but not essential

NVQ in Cleaning is desirable

Valid driving licence

Ability to communicate clearly, understand and follow instructions

Ability to prioritise work and manage time effectively

Ability to work alone and as a team

Comfortable with working at height
