Government & Politics Teacher looking for a new opportunity within a successful secondary school?

secondary academy in Bexley who are looking to appoint a Government & Politics Teacher from January 2027. The role will also involve teaching
some History, so candidates with the ability to teach both subjects are encouraged to apply.

The successful Government & Politics Teacher will:

QTS
• Have proven
UK teaching experience
• Have strong subject knowledge in
Government & Politics
• Be confident teaching Politics across the relevant secondary age groups
• Be able to teach
some History
• Have experience with planning and marking
• Have strong classroom management skills
• Be able to engage students in current affairs, politics and wider social issues
• Be committed to supporting student progress and achievement
