Summary
Successful candidates will meet patients at the Reception front desk or over the telephone and will deal with whatever their needs may be - whether that it finding the right appointment, resolving a medication query or helping to find other services or support. There is also an element of administrative work as the team follow up test results or support clinicians with tasks through out the day. The reception team also works in our Appointment Hub, supporting the triage of requests for GP appointments. Our Reception team also process all requests for repeat prescriptions each day. Experience of working with patients and with SystmOne (clinical system) would be an advantage but is not essential.
