The role is responsible for managing the day to day running of the court and Unpaid Work Office, arranging and overseeing workloads, rotas and Line Managing Business Support staff. The role is responsible for.

Coordinating and processing daily paperwork from Kilmarnock Sheriff Court clerk’s office/and court proceedings: sending out to relevant local authorities and the teams within Justice Services, processing/lodging of all Report Requests and Disposals to Eclipse system, proof reading and formatting of all Criminal Justice Reports prior to submission to Courts and other professional agencies. Logging reports from North Ayrshire to be submitted to the Sheriff for designated Court dates and chasing up late reports,

coordinate, arrange and minute meetings, transcribe and distribute within strict timescales, input accurate data and complete weekly data reports to ensure accurate stats for KPI’s, aggregate data and unit level return submitted to Scottish Government, General cash handling / banking / reconciliation of various CJS

imprests duties on ordering through Integra system.

This post involves access to the Violent and Sex Offender Register (ViSOR) information system and MAPPA folders and the successful candidate will be subject to Non-Police Personnel Vetting (NPPV) at a minimum of level 3 and data security checks.
