Summary

Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN)

Hourly Rate: £22

Night Shifts

This nursing home has been thoughtfully designed around the needs of older adults, combining luxury surroundings with a genuine home-from-home atmosphere. Supporting residents with residential, nursing and dementia care needs, the home provides an environment where comfort, dignity and individual choice remain at the heart of care.

We’re looking for an experienced RGN or RMN with previous nursing home experience who can confidently manage residents’ clinical needs throughout the night and provide guidance to the wider care team.

Please note that this role DOES NOT offer Tier 2 sponsorship

What you’ll do:

• Deliver safe, person-centred clinical care

• Lead on meds, assessments, care plans & documentation

• Support residents with complex and dementia-related needs

• Work closely with families, MDTs and the wider care team

• Maintain professional standards & regulatory compliance

• Act as a positive clinical role model on shift
