No experience? No problem. Full training is provided, making this a great opportunity to start a rewarding career in social care.

What You'll Do

Support individuals with daily living skills, including cooking, cleaning, budgeting, and personal care

Assist with medication and appointments

Encourage independence and community participation

Promote dignity, choice, and wellbeing

What We're Looking For

Positive and compassionate attitude

Good communication and teamwork skills

Commitment to supporting others

Experience in autism, complex needs, or mental health is beneficial but not essential

Essential Requirement

Many of our services require drivers. Applicants must hold a full UK manual driving licence with no endorsements or penalty points. Unfortunately, international and provisional licences cannot be accepted.

Please note: This role is not open to applicants who require sponsorship under the UK's points-based immigration system.
