About the employer

Sarah is a lovely young woman with down syndrome. She enjoys interacting with peers in creative activities. She also enjoys going to cafes for a change of a scene. Initially looking for someone to take her to a group on a Wednesday and bring her home (not staying with her), with a view to building up to 10 hours a week. This would be driving the family car so a clean driving licence is necessary. Sarah is not a fan of change, hence the need to build up slowly. In need of building some independence. Can be quite reserved at first.
