- Monitor the HEAT mailbox, responding to and directing enquiries to the appropriate colleagues.

- Support the development of systems and processes to improve efficiency and ways of working.

- Build positive working relationships with colleagues, project teams and external stakeholders.

- Contribute to continuous improvement, value for money and effective risk management across the service.

What we're looking for:

- GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above, or equivalent qualifications

- Strong administrative skills, with experience maintaining accurate records, documentation and information

- Experience using Microsoft Excel and confidence working across a range of IT systems and platforms.

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.

- A proactive approach to improving processes, efficiency and ways of working.

- Ability to work across our Liverpool, Warrington and St Helens offices, attending at least two office days each week, with Thursdays in St Helens a key requirement of the role.

Interview process:

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a competency-based interview at our St Helens Central office on Wednesday 4th November 2026. As part of the interview, candidates will also complete a short Microsoft Excel-based task to assess the skills relevant to the role.
