Summary

An opportunity has arisen for an

Office Administrator to join a well-established independent estate agency with a strong presence in the local residential property market.

As an

Office Administrator, working across both Sales and Lettings

, you will provide essential administrative support to the branch and help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

This role offers salary range of £28,000 - £32,000 (DOE) and benefits.

You will be responsible for:

- Maintaining accurate property and client records.

- Preparing property particulars, brochures, listings and related documentation.

- Updating property portals and internal databases.

- Coordinating appointments, viewings and meetings.

- Supporting sales and lettings administration from instruction through to completion or move-in.

- Preparing tenancy and property-related documentation.

- Liaising with vendors, landlords, buyers, tenants, contractors and other stakeholders.

- Handling incoming calls, emails and general enquiries professionally.

- Monitoring correspondence, responding promptly and following up on outstanding actions.

- Supporting compliance by maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and paperwork.

- Assisting with invoicing, expenses and general office administration.

What we are looking for:

- Previously worked as an Office Administrator or in a similar role.

- Experience in estate agencies, property offices would be beneficial, although strong administration experience within a fast-paced, customer-facing environment will also be considered.

- Understanding of sales and/or lettings processes, property portals and estate agency systems would be preferred.

- Skilled in IT with good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

- Strong organisational skills with strong attention to detail.

- Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner.

- Able to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
