The role is about supporting people to lead a gloriously ordinary life full of opportunity, fun and helping people to reach their goals and aspirations. The role can be tough, you will need to be adaptable, flexible, mature and be able to support our people to gain back their independence through empowerment, active support, positive risk-taking and out of the box thinking.
It is important to note that some of our people may self-harm, have anxiety, experienced trauma and on occasion show behaviours of concern.
Active Prospects is recruiting for Support Workers to join our Active Prospects at our service in Caterham.
