Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at an acclaimed fine-dining restaurant in the beautiful St Andrews area of Fife.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious chef who wants to develop their skills in a kitchen known for exceptional food, outstanding produce and exacting standards.

The Role

Working as part of a talented and experienced brigade, you’ll have the opportunity to work with some of Scotland’s finest seasonal ingredients and develop your skills within a highly regarded kitchen.

Your role will include:

-Running your own section during service

-Preparing and cooking dishes to consistently high standards

-Working with exceptional seasonal and locally sourced produce

-Maintaining excellent presentation and attention to detail

-Supporting the wider kitchen brigade

-Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen standards

The Location

The restaurant is situated in the St Andrews area of Fife, surrounded by beautiful countryside and within easy reach of St Andrews, Cupar and the wider East Fife area.

The location offers the opportunity to work in one of Scotland’s most celebrated food destinations while enjoying everything this part of Fife has to offer.
