What you'll be doing
Creating a safe, happy and stimulating environment where children can thrive.
Planning fun, engaging activities that support children's learning and development.
Supporting children's individual needs, interests and developmental milestones.
Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
Encouraging children's confidence, independence and social skills.
Maintaining accurate observations and records of children's progress.
Following safeguarding, health and safety procedures to ensure every child receives the best possible care.
Working collaboratively with your team to deliver high-quality early years education.
What we're looking for
A recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification, or an equivalent qualification accepted for the role.
Experience working with young children in a nursery or early years setting.
A warm, caring and patient approach.
Creativity, enthusiasm and a genuine passion for early years education.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
A commitment to safeguarding and providing high-quality care.
