Summary

As an Assistant Manager, you will support the effective leadership and daily operation of homes for young people aged 16 and above with high support needs. Working closely with the House Manager and senior leadership, you will contribute to maintaining a safe, nurturing, and trauma‑informed environment where young people can develop, grow, and move toward independence. Your role will blend operational oversight, staff support, safeguarding responsibilities, and a commitment to delivering high‑quality care aligned with Sakura’s values and regulatory expectations.
