Summary
Join our Highways Operations team and play a key role in maintaining a safe and reliable road network for our communities. As a General Operative, you will undertake a wide range of highway maintenance and construction activities, support the delivery of planned and reactive works across the county. Working alongside experienced colleagues, you will help ensure the highway network remains safe, respond promptly to identified issues, and contribute to specialist highway projects.
