Key Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework
• Plan and support engaging indoor and outdoor learning experiences
• Encourage children's confidence, curiosity, and independence
• Make full use of the nursery's outdoor spaces, including the forest area, mud kitchen, and sandpit
• Observe, assess, and monitor children's development and progress
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Maintain safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery standards at all times
