Summary

The Families First Partnership Programme offers a unique opportunity to be part of one of the most significant transformation programmes for children, young people and families in Hampshire. As a Senior Project Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering meaningful change, helping to strengthen partnerships, improve access to support and ensure families receive the right help at the right time.

What you’ll do:

• Support strategic projects and programmes across the directorate, delivering structured change using recognised project management methodologies.

• Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

• Support workstream leads and maintain robust project controls, including RAID logs, resource tracking, and cost monitoring.

• Support with project boards and team meetings, producing high-quality reports and presentations to communicate progress and outcomes.

• Develop and oversee implementation plans, including PID reviews and performance modelling.

• Collaborate with other project teams to identify dependencies, share resources, and drive efficiencies.

• A pro-active, solution-focused mindset with a passion for improving public services.

• Experience in supporting project or programme delivery, ideally within health, care, or public sector settings.
