Summary
The PA would be helping the individual with being out and about in Ilkeston by being willing to take them out for meals, to the gym, get together within the community and to farms. The PA would also be preferred as someone who is an outgoing and positive person. The PA would be required to accompany the individual to activities in the community, also to other areas depending on where the activities are. They must be self-motivated, be able to drive and have full insurance. The PA's responsibilities would be to accompany the individual within their local community and taking them to the gym, out for meals, to take part in local community get together and to a farm. The individual would require someone who has a very positive outlook, is outgoing, is very companionship focussed and friendly. Ensure the individual is safe at all times and not left unattended. They must be self-motivated and be able to make decisions/ plan the day.
