Nursery Practitioner – Level 3

Salary: Up to £29,100

40 Hours per week, All Year Round

Children bring plenty of energy to a nursery day, and this setting is looking for a practitioner who can match that enthusiasm and turn it into positive learning experiences.

This welcoming Early Years setting is dedicated to providing high-quality childcare and education, following the EYFS to create meaningful opportunities for children to learn, play and develop. Rated Good by Ofsted, the nursery also benefits from a large outdoor learning environment, giving children the chance to get outside every day to explore, investigate, move and discover.

We’re looking for an experienced Level 3 Nursery Practitioner with at least three years of Early Years experience who brings positive energy, enthusiasm and a genuine enjoyment of working with young children.

Bringing Energy to the Nursery Day

• Provide high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS

• Create engaging experiences that encourage children to play, explore and learn

• Make full use of the nursery's large outdoor environment

• Support children's confidence, independence and individual development

• Plan activities around children's interests and developmental next steps

• Complete observations and maintain accurate learning records

• Build strong relationships with children and their families

• Maintain high standards across safeguarding, health and safety

• Bring enthusiasm and creativity to everyday nursery life

• Work closely with the wider team to maintain the nursery's Good Ofsted standards
