Summary
An exciting opportunity is avaliable for an enthusiastic and dedicated administrator to join the professional services team in the Peninisula Dental School (one of Englands top dental schools), responsible for supporting dental students and academic staff throughout the student journey.
About the role:
Under the direction of the Senior Programme Administrator and Programme Administrators as a member of the team, the role holder will:
• contibute to the delivery of a customer focused, cost effective and efficient administrative support service.
• support the administration and related acitivites for the Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) and Bachelor of Science Dental Therapy and Hygiene (BSc DTH) programmes for the Peninsula Dental School, within the Faculty of Health, in line with University academic regulations, professional guidelines and legaislative requirements.
Assistant administrator duties will include:
• maintaining student records and assessment data
• helping out with reception when required
• attendance monitoring
• attending, organising, and minuting student feedback and support meetings
This is a diverse role that contributes to the delivery of a customer focused, efficient, and effective administative support service which includes supporting academic staff with curriculum delivery, assessments, and supporting students across all postgraduate and undergraduate programmes within the dental school.
This is a full time, fixed term role, workign 37 hours per week until 31/07/2027 as absence cover.
