Summary

Nursery Practitioner – Level 3

Up to £30,000 per year | 45 Hours per Week | Full Time

The team prides itself on delivering high-quality, child-centred care and education, recognising each child as an individual and creating an inclusive environment where they can develop confidence and independence.

We’re looking for an experienced Level 3 Nursery Practitioner with a stable employment history who is looking for a setting where they can settle, contribute and become a long-term part of the team.

Supporting Children Every Day

• Provide high-quality, child-centred care and education

• Plan activities around children's interests, development and next steps

• Encourage children to build confidence, independence and curiosity

• Make full use of the nursery's indoor and outdoor learning environments

• Complete observations and maintain accurate development records

• Build positive relationships with parents and carers

• Work closely with colleagues to maintain consistent standards across the nursery
