You will work across multiple locations within the Gloucestershire cluster, providing reliable security cover and supporting different teams depending on operational requirements.You may be required to work across Gloucester, Cirencester and surrounding areas, so the ability and willingness to travel throughout the cluster is an essential part of the position.This role would suit an officer who enjoys variety, is comfortable adapting to different sites and takes pride in being someone the wider team can rely upon.Your responsibilitiesProviding a visible and professional security presenceSupporting multiple retail locations across the Gloucestershire areaTravelling between different locations when requiredPreventing and deterring theft and criminal activityResponding professionally to incidentsSupporting store management and colleaguesCompleting accurate incident reports and documentationMaintaining excellent customer service standardsAdapting quickly to different sites, teams and working environmentsProviding reliable relief and operational support across the clusterWhat we're looking forWe're looking for someone who is:SIA licensedReliable, professional and punctualComfortable working independentlyFlexible and adaptableConfident working across different locationsComfortable travelling throughout the Gloucestershire clusterProfessional when dealing with customers, colleagues and managementPrevious retail security experience is desirable
