The Integration Analyst develops a deep understanding of applications, APIs, integrations, data flows, dependencies, and operational processes to support informed technical decision-making.

Unlike a traditional business analyst role, the Integration Analyst operates primarily within the technical domain, helping delivery teams understand existing integration estates, define migration requirements, assess impacts and dependencies, maintain delivery backlogs, and produce the technical artefacts necessary to support successful delivery. The role combines analytical thinking, stakeholder engagement, technical understanding, and delivery support to reduce ambiguity, improve planning accuracy, and accelerate delivery outcomes.
