Maintenance technician

Summary

Will be working in fully automated mechanical transfer press machines.

 Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance.

 Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and general maintenance faults.

 Inspect machinery, equipment, and facilities to identify potential problems.

 Respond quickly to breakdowns and minimise equipment downtime.

 Carry out routine servicing, repairs, adjustments, and replacements.

 Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.

 Follow health and safety procedures and ensure work complies with company policies.

 Work with contractors and external service providers when required.

 Assist with installation and commissioning of new equipment.

 Maintain tools, equipment, and spare parts in a safe and organised condition.

 Report recurring faults and recommend improvements to prevent future breakdowns.

 Support continuous improvement and ensure maintenance standards are maintained.
