Summary

Advik Enterprise Limited is seeking an experienced and organised HR Manager to manage and support the company’s human resources functions within its IT services environment. The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting employees, recruitment activities, workforce planning, and the development of effective HR processes.

Key responsibilities will include managing the full recruitment and onboarding process, preparing employment documentation, maintaining accurate employee records, coordinating interviews, checking right-to-work documentation, and supporting new employee induction. The HR Manager will also assist with employee relations, performance management, attendance, leave management, training and development, and workplace policies.

The role will involve working closely with senior management and department heads to understand staffing requirements and ensure the business has suitable employees with the necessary skills and experience. The HR Manager will also support compliance with UK employment legislation, company policies, data protection requirements, and internal procedures.

The successful candidate should have strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills, together with good attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information professionally.

This role is particularly suited to an HR professional interested in working within a growing IT company and supporting recruitment, employee development, workforce management and business growth. Seasonal or temporary recruitment requirements may also be supported where business demand increases.
