On your Year in Industry placement with National Highways, you’ll gain hands-on experience as part of our Employee Communications & Engagement team, helping colleagues across the organisation stay informed and connected

From creating content and supporting campaigns to colleague events and engagement activities, you’ll work alongside experienced communications professionals across written, digital and video channels.

You’ll also explore how we use feedback and performance insights to understand what works well and identify opportunities to improve how we engage with colleagues.
