Summary
- Visit customers in their own homes across Halifax and Brighouse.
- Assist with washing, dressing and other personal care.
- Support customers with medication and meal preparation.
- Help with light housework, laundry and household tasks.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Follow individual care plans and maintain accurate records.
