Summary

Do you have a passion for supporting people into employment?

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new team, supporting people of working age who have a learning disability, autism and young adults leaving care, get into paid employment.

We are recruiting for a Job Coach to join our Connect to Work team. We'll be helping people to transform their lives, working with each person's interests, strengths and abilities to find paid work.

You’ll work closely with local employers, and stakeholders building and maintaining strong relationships which lead to paid work opportunities. It’s a fast paced role, working with a range of people to deliver results that count. You’ll Identify and pursue appropriate and relevant job opportunities with and for individuals, and develop sound knowledge of in-work benefits, liaising with a range of departments and sectors as well as giving reliable advice to people and families.

About you

You’ll need to be self-motivated, able to work on your own initiative as well as part of the wider team with the energy and drive to deliver results whilst establishing this new team.
