Summary

Graceage Care Scotland Ltd is seeking an experienced, organised, and commercially aware Nursing Agency Manager to lead and develop agency staffing operations across the Glasgow and Clyde NHS area.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing healthcare staffing placements, supporting safe recruitment, maintaining compliance standards, coordinating nurses and healthcare assistants, building relationships with clients, and ensuring that agency workers are deployed safely, professionally, and in line with service requirements.
