Summary

Warranty Administrator – Burntwood Part Time

We are recruiting for a Warranty Administrator, Warranty Advisor or Automotive Warranty Administrator to join a busy dealership in Burntwood. Previous experience within the motor trade is preferred, with dealership, warranty or Aftersales administration experience particularly advantageous. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.

Job Details

Location: Burntwood

Salary: £18,000 pro rata

Hours: 24 hours per week | Flexible days and times between 9:00am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday Part Time

Warranty Administrator Role

- Process manufacturer and extended warranty claims accurately

- Monitor outstanding warranty debt, work in progress and parts returns

- Review and action service and warranty notifications

- Ensure claims meet manufacturer warranty terms and requirements

- Maintain accurate warranty records and supporting documentation

- Liaise with Service, Parts and Workshop teams regarding warranty claims

- Support the Aftersales department with warranty administration duties

Warranty Administrator Requirements

- Previous motor trade experience is preferred

- Previous experience as a Warranty Administrator, Warranty Advisor, Service Administrator or Aftersales Administrator is advantageous

- Strong attention to detail and accurate administration skills

- Good telephone, communication and interpersonal skills

- Confident using Microsoft Office

- Kerridge experience is advantageous

- Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively as part of a team

- Right to work in the UK
