Summary

Summary of Job Description: 1. Developing goals and objectives for the ministry area in line with the strategic plan. 2. Assessing ministry needs and developing programs and activities to meet those needs. 3. Providing bible teaching and leading prayer meetings on regular basis in the adult congregation in. 4. To regularly lead congregation in worship services. 5. Organize Conventions and Conferences to analyse and spread the Christian faith/message 6. Organize and conduct baptism classes. 7. -Officiating at marriage blessings, funeral, christenings, dedications, and other special services 8. - Teaching Bible courses and set up Bible Classes. 9. Provide spiritual and moral guidance and assistance to members 10.- Prepare and deliver sermons and other knowledge sharing sessions. 8. - Interpret doctrine, articles of faith of our religion/ organisation. 11. Instruct people who seek conversion to the Christian faith
