Summary

We are currently seeking an experienced Vehicle Panel Beater for a reputable accident repair centre located in Bridgend. - Flexible working hours: 40-45 hours per week, with shifts from 8:00am to 5:00pm or night shifts from 6:00pm to 6:00am

Duties:

- Undertake replacement and repair of damaged automotive body panels

- Conduct chassis and framework repairs to manufacturer standards

- Accurately assess vehicle damage and plan appropriate repair methods

- Complete bumper and door repairs, ensuring high-quality finish

- Adhere to internal and third-party quality standards

- Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth operation of the repair centre

- Maintain accurate documentation of repair processes and completion

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Vehicle Panel Beater, ideally within a busy bodyshop environment

- Formal qualifications such as NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Body Repair or equivalent are desirable

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work to high standards

- Good communication skills and team-oriented attitude

- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Full UK driving licence with minimal points

- ATA accreditation or experience working to BSI 10125 Kitemark Standards would be advantageous but is not essential

- Flexible, proactive approach to work
