Summary

Are you passionate about cooking and looking for a fresh new challenge in the kitchen, then read on... We are recruiting a full -time cook for a small nursing home in Weston super Mare. We are looking for someone with experience in a care setting. You will be looking after elderly residents and be able to manage a few different types of diets and cook traditional produce.

Duties to include,

 Preparing and serving meals for elderly residents

 Ability to prepare alternative to the main menu

 Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.

 Record management, and compliance with quality and safety standards

 Cleaning equipment and work areas at all times
