Summary

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables and success criteria with business owners and technical stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, resource requirements and project documentation in line with PMO standards.

• Manage the delivery of IAM and CIAM/xIAM integrations with internal systems and third-party applications.

• Coordinate engineering, UI/UX, information security, QA and UAT teams throughout the project lifecycle.

• Identify and assess project risks, issues and dependencies; develop mitigation plans, resolve delivery impediments and escalate matters requiring management decisions.

• Gather business and user requirements and translate them into delivery plans, prioritised user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Work with product owners to align project milestones with product roadmaps and maintain a prioritised backlog.

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives, using capacity planning to support achievable delivery commitments.

• Coordinate Scrum of Scrums and cross-team planning to manage dependencies and maintain alignment across delivery teams.

• Monitor project progress, expenditure, team capacity and delivery performance using agreed KPIs and OKRs.

• Prepare status reports and present progress, budgets, risks and timelines to PMO leadership and senior stakeholders.

• Coordinate testing, operational readiness and go-live activities to support successful implementation.

• Conduct project retrospectives, document lessons learned and maintain knowledge-sharing materials to improve future delivery.
