Following continued growth and investment, they are looking to strengthen their team at their modern workshop facility in Ipswich.The RoleWorking within a busy and professional workshop environment, you'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing vans and light commercial vehicles, ensuring the highest standards of workmanship and customer service.Key responsibilities include:Carrying out vehicle servicing, inspections and planned maintenanceDiagnosing and repairing faults across a range of vans and light commercial vehiclesPreparing vehicles for MOT testingUsing diagnostic equipment and interpreting technical informationCompleting repairs in line with manufacturer standards and proceduresWorking closely with service and parts teams to ensure efficient workflowAccurately completing job cards and associated documentationMaintaining a safe, organised and professional workshop environmentWhat We're Looking ForQualified Vehicle Technician, Van Technician, LCV Technician or similarApprentice trained or equivalent qualifications preferredAlternatively, a minimum of five years' relevant industry experienceStrong fault-finding and diagnostic abilitiesExcellent attention to detailPositive attitude and team-focused approachReliable, professional and eager to develop new skillsFull UK Driving LicenceWhat's on Offer?£35,000 per annumManufacturer and in-house training programmesDedicated coaching and mentoring supportAccess to ongoing technical developmentClear opportunities for career progressionOvertime opportunities availableCompany pension schemeEmployee discounts and staff benefitsCompany uniform providedFree onsite parking
